וַיְהִ֞י בְּצֵ֤את נַפְשָׁהּ֙ כִּ֣י מֵ֔תָה וַתִּקְרָ֥א שְׁמ֖וֹ בֶּן־אוֹנִ֑י וְאָבִ֖יו קָֽרָא־ל֥וֹ בִנְיָמִֽין׃
Und als ihr die Seele ausging, — sterbend nannte sie ihn Ben-Oni; sein Vater aber nannte ihn Benjamin (Binjamin).
Targum Jonathan on Genesis
And it was in the going forth of her soul, for death came upon her, that she called his name The son of my woe: but his father called him Benjamin.

But his father called him in the language of the sanctuary, Benjamin.
